Online poker has enjoyed tremendous growth since its inception. Furthermore, misinformation about what these products do, exactly, has caused several sites to enforce policies against them as a way of good public relations. If a player does choose to use an online bot, he or she will need to make sure that the site being used allows for the use of such products. If it does not and a player is caught, he or she may face serious penalties and fines in addition to being banned from the site and any related sites.
